The international registration procedure: 
Registration for Xylexpo in Milan
May 8th - 12th, 2012

I. Brief registration:
With regard to your participation at the event Xylexpo, please fill out form A (exhibitor registration form) + B (machinery + exhibition products - exhibitor) + C (hall plan according to product area - exhibitor) + D (your entry for the official catalogue - exhibitor)

II. Terms of the contract:
Please read the participation conditions carefully.

III. Transfer of your guarantee payment together with your registration:
NB: If you don't transfer the guarantee payment, your registration will be invalidated.
The guarantee payment is put together as follows:
A. application fee: 500,- €
B. bond per QM: 40,- €
A + B make the taxable total amount for Xylexpo 2012.

Since the 1th of January 2011 a new applies to the payment of VAT within the European Union. According to this you do not have to pay VAT when participating in an exhibition within the EU anymore.*

(* Of course the duty of paying VAT is still valid when attending a fair in your own country.)

To ensure this please mind to fill in the VAT nr. of your company in the applicaton form. The exemption from VAT is valid for services such as the space fee and stand building.

The sum of A + B equals the amount you have to transfer for your registration.

Exemplary calculation: You would like to book 32 QM.
Application fee (500,- €) + 1.280,- € (32 QM * 40,- €) = 1.780,- €
Total amount to be transferred together with the registration: 1.780,- €

Your payment will be carried back to the total amount for the stand rent.

IV. Transfer payment:
The guarantee payment is payable via bank transfer (please find attached) with the following details:

Attention! Please use the name of the exhibition (Xylexpo 2010) as the transfer subject, as well as the declaration "At no extra cost for the recipient".
