SITL Dubai for exhibitors

The international registration procedure:
Quick registration SITL Dubai 2011:

I. One signature, one copy.
Before you start filling out all of the documents,
we recommend a step-by-step procedure.
First of all, please read, complete, and sign all pages of the SITL Dubai registration forms.

II. Transfer of downpayment:
Please transfer your downpayment with your application.
Payment schedule:

The first part should be paid with your application:
- 50 % of total cost.

Payment of the rest of the total costs until the beginning of 2011:

- 50 % of total cost.

Please send the bank transfer to Reed Exhibitions FZ LLC:

Please be sure to write the name of the exhibition (SITL Dubai 2011) and the name of your company, as well as the statement “At no extra costs to the recipient” when filling out the bank transfer.

III. Sending your application:

First via telefax + in the mail!

Please fax all the pages (page 1 of the registration form + a copy of the bank transfer) to TradeQ: Telefax: +49 (0)211 6980 750

The original documents (application + copy of the downpayment) should then be sent in the mail to SITL Dubai in Abu Dhabi.
