Quick registration PULIRE:

I. One signature, one copy
Before you begin the process of filling out all the documents, we would like to recommend a straight-forward approach with a step-by-step procedure. (perhaps for translation of PISCINE) First read through the documents, fill them out, sign and stamp with the company’s signature all the pages of the registration forms.

For an overview of the respective registration forms:
1. Information of the exhibiting company
2. Information of the contact persons at the exhibiting company
3. Billing information
4. Specifications of the desired stand size
5. Specifications of the stand renting price per sqm and registration fee
6. Payment plan
7. The payment of your costs of participation will be dealt with in two phases
8. Method of payment as well as bank details for transfer of payment
9. General regulations

II. Payment procedure
The payment of your costs of participation will be dealt with in two phases.
1. Downpayment at time of registration. This includes registration fee + 50% of the cost of the stand. You will receive an invoice for your bookkeeping shortly after your registration forms (application) has been received.
2. An appointment for the settlement of the total cost (50% of the stand cost) is to be indicated in the respective registration form. You will receive an invoice from the organizer for the settled bill.

The transfer of payment bank details can be found in the registration form. Please write on every transaction for each exhibition you have registered for (ie. PULIRE ESPAÑA 2010) the statement “At no extra cost for the recipient”.

III. Sending your registration
First via Fax + then via Post!

Early registration pays off:
Take advantage of being the first to chose your stand position (first come, first serve principle) as well as possibly saving money from an early booking price (you can find information about possible early bird prices in the registration form of hte PULIRE event of your interest)!
