The registration modality for PISCINE
(Piscine – Aqualie) in Lyon: November 13th to 16th, 2012

As usual, there are provisions of the contract, and we ask you to please read over these carefully before you register. At PISCINE 2012, please note that there are two forms: 

1. The registration form (Participation Contract) of your respected area (Piscine - Aqualie or Wellgreen)

2. The stands and services handbook(Stands & Services Guide) of your area (Piscine – Aqualie and Wellgreen)


Quick registration PISCINE-AQUALIE 2012:
I. One signature, one copy.
Before you start to busy yourself with all of the documents, we would like to recommend straight-forward procedure for you step-by-step.

Please fill out the registration form (altogether 6 pages)and be sure that all forms are signed and stamped (with the company stamp) in the designated places. You can find these specific points detailed either directly here or in the corresponding Stands and Services Guide.

Important note: The smallest bookable stand size at PISCINE is:

18 sqm in the area Piscine
12 sqm in the area Aqualie


9sqm for Start-Up packets (please note the exact requirements of exhibitors for these packets)

II. Transfer of payments:
Please transfer your downpayment with your registration documents.
Note: your registration is invalid without a transfer of downpayment.

Downpayment time schedule:
Registration before the 21. May 2012:
- 30% of the total amount incl. value-added tax
- 50% of the total amount incl. value-added tax for Start-Up packet booking

Registration before the 14. September 2012:
- 60% of the total amount incl. value-added tax

Payment of the total amount until 14. September 2012.

The legal value-added tax is currently 19,6% in France (subject to change)

III. Payment transactions:
Please address the transfer to the GL events Exhibitons – Piscine 2012:

Note! (Please use the name of the exhibition as the transfer subject) In the payment memo, please write clearly the name of the exhibition (Piscine / Aqualie 2012) as well as the statement “At no extra cost for the recipient”.

IV: Additional procedures / shipping of your registration:
