The international registration procedure:
Quick registration LOGITRANS 2010:

I. One signature, one copy
Before you begin the process of filling out all the documents, we would like to recommend a straight-forward approach with a step-by-step procedure.

First of all, please read, complete and sign pages 1-2 of the LOGITRANS registration form.

II. Transfer of Downpayment:
Please transfer your downpayment (40 % of total) together with your registration.
Payment schedule:

Upon registration:
- 40% of the total amount incl. 7% VAT

Until March 31st, 2010:
- Payment in full incl. 7% VAT

Please address the transfer of payment to the exhibitor PLANNER REED, S.L.U.:

Please use the name of the exhibition (LOGITRANS 2010) and the name of the company whith which you register as the transfert object, as well as the statement, "At no extra cost for the recipient".

III. Mailing of your registration:
First per Fax + then in the post!
Please fax all 3 sheets (pages 1-2 of your registration + a copy of your bank transfer) to TradeQ:

The original documents (registration + copy of your bank transfer) are then to be sent to LOGITRANS in Madrid in the post.
