The international registration procedure:
Quick registration BIEMH 2010
I. One signature, one copy
Before you start filling out all of the documents,
we recommend a step-by-step procedure.
First of all, please read, complete, sign and use your company's stamp to postmark pages 1-9 of the BIEMH registration form and the specific participation terms of BIEMH 2010.

II. Transfer of downpayment:
NB! Without transferring the downpayment (deposit+registration fee), your registration is not valid.
Please transfer your downpayment together with your registration. Your deposit will be returned to your account 15 days after the dismantling jobs have been finished.
BEC (Bilbao Exhibition Centre) reserves its right to deduct the deposit to cover the expenses for damages that may have arisen on the fair ground, respectively to cover expenses which were not settled by the exhibitor.
The downpayment is calculated as follows:
209,35€ registration fee + 7 % VAT (=224,-€) + 25,-€ / sqm (with a max. 2.800,-€) = Total price for registration
Example 1
You wish to register for a 16sqm exhibition space (minimum) at BIEMH 2010:
your total transfer sum: 624,00 €
This total transfer sum is calculated as follows: 25,- € * 16sqm = 400,- € + (209,35€ registration fee + 7% VAT = 224,-€)
= 624,-€ Total sum for registration downpayment.
Example 2
You wish to register for a 200sqm exhibition space at BIEMH 2010:
your total transfer sum: 3.024,-€
This total transfer sum is calculated as follows: 25,-€ * 200sqm = 5.000,-€ - with the maximum downpayment price for registration: 2.800,-€ + (209,35€ registration fee + 7% VAT = 224,-€)
= 3.024,-€ Total sum for registration downpayment.

Attention: Please be sure to write the exhibition name BIEMH 2010 and your company name on the bank transfer along with the statement, „ At no extra cost for the recipient.“
III. Transfer of total payment.
Total payment – the sum you should transfer consists of:
1. Rented exhibition space and (corner fee??) minus exhibition space bonus: please look at sections 6.1 – 6.5 of the exhibitors guidebook.
2. Obligatory insurance: please look at sections 7.1 – 7.4 in the exhibitors guidebook. Minimum price: 303,50€
3. The Spanish legal regulations requires a VAT from 7% (VAT refundable within the EU)
The billing begins on 15. Februrary 2010 and will be divided in two parts of 50% of the total cost respectively.
Please pay the first part before 15. March 2010.
Please pay the second part before 15. April 2010.
IV. Sending your application.
First by telefax + then in the mail!
Please Fax the pages of the application forms and regulations + a copy of the transfer of payment to TradeQ:

The original (registration with the specific regulations of BIEMH 2010 + the general regulations of BEC + a copy of your downpayment) should be signed and stamped and then sent in the mail to Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC) in Bilbao.
